An Orthodontist creates the movement proposal for the doctors approval. This is done through an on-line link that can be viewed in each stage of the process in 3D. Changes can be requested as needed or the proposal is approved for production.
3D files for each stage of the movement process are created and forms are printed.
Aligners are created over the 3D printed forms using the the highest quality materials.
The vacuum formed aligners are hand trimmed and polished to fit perfectly.
